UNLEARN
TO BE

AUSTRIA

24-26/5

cc23-09.png

The opening experience to this process designed to train ourselves into the new.

This workshop consists in unfolding extra-ordinary collective states through a balanced mixture of radical playfulness and subtle awareness, opening the way to inhabiting the creative level of existence: life as a creative process.

“Unlearn to Be” combines ancestral knowledge from non-western cultures with creative frames coming from body-based contemporary expressive arts. It’s an exercise of letting go of what we (think we) know so that we can authentically Be, in relationship to ourselves and the others. The psychological and shamanic background is based in the recognition and awakening of the trickster archetype, a deep aspect of the human psyche celebrated as a sacred mixture of light and shadow in shamanic cultures and historically repressed in western society. This archetype has the power to subvert the established order of things enabling creativity and transformation for an evolutive purpose.

The structure of the workshop combines practical and intellectual content, directed to detect, understand and transform the collectively inherited programs and unacknowledged traumas that unconsciously run our lives, into a more enjoyable, powerful and pristine version of ourselves as individuals and as a collective.

SOME REVIEWS

“Your retreat affected me quite powerfully, and looking forward for more training with you. It has changed my path”  Geoffroy,  Canada.

"I would like to point out the room/space that Nicolas created during these workshop was so well kept and safe. I think it plays a really important role for letting ourselves open for facing everything that comes out from us, for connecting deeply with our own shadows and connecting with other people. And of course play, it is even funny to think that everything that happened during these days was also a play - tears and play :)" Angela. 39,  Estonia.

“A very original and facinating retreat. I attended only 2.5 days and it felt like a week as it went deep. I loved the combination of playfulness, creativity and healing as well as the archetypes. It’s clear that the program is designed with passion and love and I felt comfortable with Nicolas right from the start. He’s great at holding space where bunch strangers feel safe to open up. I learned a lot and broadened my horisons through this workshop. Definitely have the curiosity to explore this further. Thanks :)” Regina, Estonia

"First thing that comes to my mind is how free and safe I felt. It’s the feeling I miss so much in my daily life. Looking into myself with curiosity and love, gently unpacking old wounds and healing them with patience and love, surrounded by the calm and soothing synergy of our group. It was one of the most fantastic experiences in my life. I am deeply grateful, filled by authentic emotions, for the chance to just be and feel good about it.” Kristina, 42, Estonia.
